Bernard Sanders, I-Vt., chairman of the Veterans’ Affairs Committee, earlier this year. Unfortunately, it was blocked by the Senate; however, Sen. Sanders will continue to work on the bill, and �ֲ���ýis fighting to keep the LPC component intact.
