ÀÖ²©´«Ã½Member LogoAs we approach Counseling Awareness Month (April), we are very pleased to promote our ÀÖ²©´«Ã½member benefit -- the ÀÖ²©´«Ã½member logo, which you can use on your business cards, stationery, your website, in private practice brochures, and in many other ways. Displaying the ÀÖ²©´«Ã½Member Logo demonstrates your commitment to the profession and its Code of Ethics.

Developed in response to requests from Professional members, the Member Logo is available only to those whose membership type is "Professional" or "New Professional." In addition, Retiree members whose previous membership type had been "Professional" also may use the Member Logo.

Those in the Student or Regular membership categories are not eligible to use the Member Logo. All members, however, may use the words "ÀÖ²©´«Ã½Member" or "Member of ACA" on their cards, websites, and brochures without the logo.

ÀÖ²©´«Ã½Member LogoThe logo graphic files are available for free download on the ÀÖ²©´«Ã½website for those meeting the criteria. Upon , those in the "Professional" or "New Professional" category will be able to scroll down to the bottom of the orange box (see graphic on right) to "New Member Benefit: Member Logos are now available for download here."

Once you click on that link, you will be taken to the section titled "Agreement for Display of ÀÖ²©´«Ã½Member Logo." This section outlines the guidelines for appropriate use of the ÀÖ²©´«Ã½Member Logo, including reference to section C.3a of the ÀÖ²©´«Ã½Code of Ethics. Before you can download the graphic files, you must agree to abide by the terms of use. Misuse of the ÀÖ²©´«Ã½Member Logo may be considered a violation of the ÀÖ²©´«Ã½Code of Ethics.

The Member Logo can only be used by individuals whose membership is current. Please take this into consideration when ordering printed materials. If you do not renew your membership, once it lapses, you must destroy any printed materials that contain the ÀÖ²©´«Ã½Member Logo and remove it from any electronic sources such as websites.

We would appreciate your feedback. Send any questions or comments to MemberLogo@counseling.org.
